Instead of offering a dogmatic and cookie-cutter sequence of asanas and beliefs, we offer a wide and dynamic range of practices, encompassing all aspects of the yogic sciences. We tailor everything to meet the specific needs and interests of the individual. The practice of yoga is profoundly physical, as it is physiological and psychological. Take what you want, and leave the rest.
